Ingredients
  • 1 lb Sirlion Steak (cut in thin slices)
  • 2 cloves garlic cut in thin slices
  • 1/3 cup Beef Stock
  • 2 cups Pre-cooked French Fries
  • 1/4 cup Distilled White Vinegar
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 large Purple Onion sliced into strips
  • 3 large Tomatoes peeled seeded and sliced into strips
  • 1 Yellow Chili Pepper seeded
  • 2 tbsp Parsley chopped

Instructions
  1. Season the beef with the sliced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Put pan over on very high heat.
  3. Stir the olive oil on pan and cook the meat.(place a few slices at a time)
  4. Cook for about 10 minutes on high heat depending on how you would like the meat done.
  5. Stir the onion, tomatoes, chilli pepper on same pan for 2 to 3 minutes. (the tomatoes and onion should not get mushy).
  6. Stir the soy sauce and vinegar on the pan after the tomatoes and onions are done.Mix everything. Add the beef broth and boil to taste for 1 minute.
  7. Turn off the heat and add the Chopped parsley with the pre cooked French fries and cover for 10 minutes and its done you can serve this with white rice or by itself.
