My Marinara Sauce (meat sauce)
I call this my marinara sauce because I pretty much use this recipe for most of my pasta dishes, it's also excellent for a nice pan of lasagna.

Instructions
  1. In a large stock pot, add 2 tablespoons of a good olive oil or vegetable oil, add onions, garlic and Cajun seasoning, cook for about 3 minutes until onions are soft.
  2. Add meats, and cook through until brown. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Back in pot add meat mixture with your favorite sauce and soup (the soup makes it so much better).
  4. At this point, you can add the sugar and the salt and pepper, only if needed.
  5. If too thick, add the water, let simmer for about 25 minutes
