Now its time to start building the lasagna. In a 11” x 15” glass baking pan spread out a layer of your favorite pasta sauce over the bottom of the pan. You can use as little or as much sauce as you like. Place a layer of noodles on top of the sauce. 5 noodles fit in the pan with one noodle cut to fit. On top of the noodles spread out a layer of the meat and Ricotta mixture. Over this layer, sprinkle one cup of grated Mozzarella cheese. On top, make another layer of noodles, then sauce, the meat mixture, and one cup of Mozzarella. Make one final layer of noodles, then sauce and the rest of the Mozzarella cheese.
