Instructions
  1. Boil the chicken with all above ingredients except Maggie noddles. Let it boil for half hour until chicken is really tender.
  2. Now take the chicken out in dish and let it cool down. Strain the rest of chicken broth in to another pan.
  3. Now shred the chicken and take all bones out, don't make too small pieces.
  4. Add this chicken to strained chicken broth and add two Maggie noddles packet. *Note* only add noodles not their spice packet which comes with it.
  5. Let noddles cook and simmer for another 15 minutes until noddles are all tender.
  6. Take it out in large bowl garnish it with green onion, basil or fresh cilantro and serve hot with soup or salad.
